What We Offer!

Employment status verified.

Previous landlord assessment.

Credit Checks are carried out to determine whether any County Court Judgements, Individual Voluntary Arrangements or Bankruptcy Orders are recorded against the propective tenant.

Income, rental history and credit status are taken into account for assessment purposes.

Where necessary, the support of a suitable guarantor will be recommended.
