If you need a tenancy credit assessment, whether you be an Estate Agent or a Private Landlord, please feel free to instruct your tenant to fill out one of our application forms below.

Before processing your order we will give you a courtesy call to introduce ourselves here at Vital Checks and ask if you have any questions.

Once completing the online application you will be redircted to our PayPal payment form. All payments must be paid in full before we can process your application.

• Credit Check Application – £15 - Basic Credit Check Assessment
• Residential Tenancy Application – £30 - Credit Check Assessment + Previous Employment and Landlord References
• Guarantor Form Application – £20 - Guarantor Assessment

Alternatively, our forms can be downloaded using the following links below. Once completed, please return them to us by fax, email or post, using the details found on our contact page. Using this method, we will then send a paypal invoice via email to the landlord/managing agent. Once receiving payment we will be begin processing your request immediatley.
