At Vital Checks, we will access information via Companies House and/or the Company’s accountants, relating to the Company’s financial status and including:

• Date of Company’s last filed accounts
• Profit or loss figure
• Assets and liabilities
• Shareholder’s funds
• Names and home addresses of directors within the company and any bankruptcy history showing against their names.
