Credit Checks

We supply details of any recorded adverse credit (CCJ’s, bankruptcy and voluntary bankruptcy).

We will search databases for any County Court Judgements (CCJ’s) or Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVA’s) showing against the applicant’s name (or their spouse, if it is a joint tenancy application).

You will be notified of any adverse credit history and the following details:

• County Court where any Judgement was issued (if applicable)
• Date of issue
• Amount of judgement
• Plaintiff number (if applicable)
• Record of settlement taking place (if applicable)

Our final assessment will be based on the amount and the current position of the debt.
